Karma Yoga
During my 5-night stay at S Hotel, I offered Karma Yoga to its helpful staff and to friends as well. Meeting on the mat is just as good as a coffee conversation without the caffeine.
Glenna
Glenna is an accomplished yoga teacher who graced my class. It was a one-on-one since none of the staff could make it. Also, 7am is perhaps too early for my friends. I conducted my usual asana-pranayama-meditation class, but this time, I tried to squeeze-in, as much as I can, a little life coaching, discerning moments where life lessons I've learned could be useful. I've attended Glenna's class in the past. I hope to attend her class again.

Vicky and Emil
Vicky is a strong practitioner who complements her yoga with zumba and other workouts. She's attended my class back in the Studio 108 days. I met Emil in a Theosophical Society meeting. A seeker himself, he now deepens his yoga by attending Jeanne's yoga teacher-training program. Both of them are strong and I wanted them to go to their edge and feel what it's like to observe with no reaction, an increasingly difficult pose until it fails - point of failure asana.

Ending Thoughts
For a homeless guy, I live a charmed and privileged life. But with very little money, I cannot express my gratitude with tips and gifts. Instead, I say 'thank you' in a my own currency. Conducting Karma Yoga is one of them.
Additionally, Karma Yoga allows me to put into teaching format, new and exciting ideas I stumble upon on the internet or from other great teachers. Increasingly, my yoga is becoming more unconventional from studio offerings as I push the boundaries of mindfulness and non-reaction.
