When I did scientific boxing as a university student, I would get a full-body boxer-massage by my trainer after every session. That was soooo blissful. In yoga, after an hour of asana, during Savasana, the teacher may do a 10-sec head massage and walks away. That simply doesn't do it for me, specially having experienced the full body massage after a boxing workout. BUT, I don't know how to do a proper massage and I don't have the money to enroll for one. However, here in Chiang Mai, perhaps ground-zero for the study of world renowned Thai Massage, I get a barter-deal for a Level 1 certification Thai Massage course. How cool is that? Now, as a yoga teacher, I can conduct a full asana class followed by a full Thai Massage of the student - this of course happens only in a private one-on-one class. But hey, whoever gets this pampering will come out in a state of bliss !!!
