(Sep 7, 2018) Fight Class was similar to a Body Combat Class I taught in Cebu. It wasn't so much as a martial arts class but an aerobic exercise - think Zumba but with kicks and punches. (Aug 30-Sep 1, 2018) Moving to Empo Hostel on the other end of Bangkok made a big difference. At B84/day, it was a steal. I was able to do a barter deal - web services in exchange for increased internet profile. The energy of the neighborhood was far more alive than the one at Bang Wa. I was able to negotiate a yoga deal at Now's Fitness. Things felt and looked optimistic.....more »»
