Inversions With my daily gym workout, I can always find time to deepen my yoga practice - whether in a class or by myself. With today's practice, I thought I would devote the entire time to inversions - handstands, headstands, shoulderstands and other routines.

Ending Thoughts Inversions are challenging. I'd been trying to stabilize my handstand but haven't come around to a steady-state 1 minute hold. A few seconds is all I could muster even though I can hold my handstand up to 3 minutes on a wall. Above all asanas I find inversions deeply satisfying as well as deeply frustrating. Today is a good day for inversion. Tomorrow is another day.
