Dipping at Bungan-Bungan Spring in Libertad
Location : Bungan-Bungan Spring, Barangay Union, Libertad (municipality), Antique (province), Philippines
Bungan Bungan Spring
We first passed this section on the hike to Maanghit Cave. On the way back, we took the river trail (instead of the foot trail) until we came upon this section again. No, it's not really a spring. It's more like a river, but its water comes from a spring inside Maanghit Cave. After being muddy and dirty from inside the cave, it was time to take a refreshing dip! There were a few pools resembling a jacuzzi spot. The water was cold and clean.

Ending Thoughts
Bungan Bungan Spring is a stand-alone destination for its refreshing water. But pair it after a grimmy exploration of Maanghit Cave, and you have a double header!
