Art of Living Course - Day 4

The good weather persisted. I took advantage of it by biking to the workshop. It was great riding my mountain bike again. The last time I rode it was Dec. 31 - it's high time.

At the workshop, we repeated what took place yesterday. Even though it was the second time around, the effect was equally profound and centering.

The ride back brought as much exhilaration as the ride earlier. A ride in good weather is its own reward.
