Workout
Cardio: 20 minutes
Weights: traps and delts - one of the guys suggested using the pulley for the rear delts. Did so. If I don't feel the good pain in 2 days, I'll try something else.
French Class
It's becoming increasingly difficult. The teacher is talking faster with fewer English words. At level 1, I could get away with winging it. Now, without due preparation for the day's lessons, I'd be left behind.
Yawwwnnnn...another uneventful day.
