Wine Racking
It's the
second racking of my Cabernet Sauvignon. The fermentation was steady and active with specific gravity at less than 1. Things look promising. Late February, and it should be ready for bottling - all 30 bottles. Come to think of it, I can host a Wine Harvest party, similar to my Pizza Nite. Gather friends for an evening of unlimited wine and fun....hmmm, not a bad idea.
