SMALL-MAN COMPLEX How do you deal with a small-man-wannabe-big-man who's terminally suffering from a small-man complex? What if he is further stunted by an inability to go beyond his size thinking his ego is much bigger than company imperatives and will exercise power just because he can? Someone once said people get promoted to the point of incompetence. This episode underscores that in no uncertain terms. This is one occasion when I would rather do battle with a formidable foe than be on the same side with a megaphone-holding wannabe charismatic who'll never get it because he is immeasurably out of his depth.
