Nov 3, 2010 $11 IntegrityWhen I was still working on my office coffee service (OCS) business in Canada, I'd make regular coffee pick-ups from my local roaster. On one occassion, they failed to account for one box, worth $11. I grinned inside me thinking I'll end up having a free box of coffee. Woo-hoo! I rationalized that it's not my fault anyway - the roaster should have been sharper on his counting.
