Fitness

Fitness has always been a part of my lifestyle, long before it became "cool". I remember doing 30 push-ups every single day while I was in high school. It has served me well, allowing me to do many things - stay long and deep in the water on a single breath, scale the Philippine's highest peaks, explore caves, do technical rides on a mountain bike, etc. Now that I have a nomadic lifestyle with no home and no one to look after me should I get injured or sick, this same fitness level also serves as my health insurance policy. Simply put, with a sound body, you get a sound mind and the quality of life increases exponentially.
