Rope Skipping, 4mins Full-on

Location: Adventure Hostel, Bangkok, Thailand

Morning Workout
If there is anything worthwhile in my 2-week stay in Bangkok, it's my religious morning workout. Mostly, I would do my yoga incorporating what I learned in Dharamshala - Yantra Yoga. But every now and then, I have to default to my cardio for heart strengthening and stamina. Today, after doing my 20-min rope skipping, I feature a separate 4-min segment where we go full-on.

If you wish to do the full 20-minute rope skipping workout, click here.

Ending Thoughts
Yoga was never designed as a complete workout routine (as I keep repeating, Yoga is for something greater). Naturally, I complement my yoga practice with elements it lacks - one of them being cardio vascular endurance. With yoga plus rope-skipping, the progress is exponential. I would recommend this routine to every yoga practitioner.
