so I was refilling my water jar on Pacquiao's water business (he owns a lot of businesses around Gen San). Then I noticed his prices: P1 for 1 liter of water! Was that a misprint? Other dispensers charge P1 for 200ml only. At Pacquiao's price, I can't call it business - it's charity. This guy is a modern-day Robin Hood! You gotta love him. It just validates what I previously wrote about him.
