lucid thoughts

September 30, 2002 Monday

I woke up at 4AM and wasn't able to get back to sleep until 6AM, leaving me with barely enough sleep to feel right about the day. This just messed up my body clock and had to forego my morning workout.
Lunch: just full body stretching, no cardio (yesterday's cardio on the trails is good enough) and lots of abs! Kevin, a colleague was doing ropes and abs so I happily joined in. Nothing makes a more intense workout than having someone to workout with.

NitePro Helmet Light

The mailroom informs me that there's a package for me from MarwiUSA....yes! That's my Night Pro helmet-mount light! I guess the mailroom guys were relieved. Like a kid on a long drive who keeps asking, "Are we there yet?", I kept asking these guys, "It is there yet?".

MarwiUSA took the leap of faith and sponsored my site. The lights are GOOD, so I don't hesitate to endorse it. I've used a loaner from them during the 24 Hours of Adrenalin at Hardwood Hills last August in combination with my handlebar lights...and I was just smokin' on the night ride.
